The 2024 Interdisciplinary Seminar on Primatology was held on December 12–13, 2024.
This annual seminar serves as a research forum where all members of the Inuyama Campus, including students and faculty, gather to share ideas that contribute to the advancement of primatology.
This year, a total of 27 presenters participated in oral and poster sessions.
True to the interdisciplinary nature of the Inuyama Campus, the seminar featured diverse presentations covering fields such as ecology, morphology, neuroscience, and molecular biology. While participants share a common interest in primatology, the seminar provided an excellent opportunity to be exposed to unfamiliar perspectives and methodologies. Numerous attendees were seen engaging enthusiastically in discussions, both during and between sessions.
Additionally, a photo exhibition showcasing images captured during research and field activities was held simultaneously, drawing great interest and participation from attendees.
